  • I went in here and the staff greeted me well. Then I signed in with a ipad. Great so far. Then I filled my medical history on a computer that was very long. Dont mind that so far. After they called me back, I saw many beautiful pictures on the wall of babies he had delivered. I think that was a great idea :). So when I was put in the room the medical assistant ask me all the major questions I had answered on the computer. Still fine so far. Then im waiting in the room for 30 more minutes, im still ok. Finally the PA student came in and she asked me all the same question from the computer and what the MA had asked me. Clearly now there is no channel of communication to what I answered on the computer and what the MA had and seemed like it was not conveyed to the PA. So I had to tell my medical history 3 times! Good thing is that the PA was lovely asian student. She heard me out with my concerns and said that my pcp had not faxed over my medical history yet so the had no idea why I was there even though I put it in the computer lol so now im loosing trust with this doctor that I haven't met so far with my care. Finally he walks in introduces himself and said he doesn't have my medical records so he doesn't know why im being seen for. I showed him a screenshot of my results said what I needed and schedule me for a biopsy and left. He looked tired and had a looooooong day. So I experienced the doctor lacking sympathy and empathy skills in my opinion from that appointment consultation. He might be a good doctor to deliver babies but my experience was not great at the time I saw him for another issue. I wish his practice abundance of health, wealth, and happiness but I decided to transfer care.
