  • I have four dogs, my two labs have had their grooming done here. My dogs receive excellent service and I personally have never had a problem. However, I did witness a large dog that was being brought out from grooming attack a smaller dog, not once, but twice, puncturing its haunches. The little dog was leashed to the grooming table and couldn't get away. The groomers just stood there with their mouths open. I deducted for this. It's their job to control the animals in their care. In all fairness, pet owners should not bring an aggressive dog to the groomers. I have a dog that will not be groomed outside of my home, it's my job to keep him and others safe, so the shame in this situation should be shared. This store has rescue groups come in with dogs and cats, which I love.
