  • I am a client with Jamison Realty who helped me get started in rental investments in 2015 and couldn't be any happier with my decision. I have 3 available houses all purchased through Jamison and all were rented with great qualified tenants a few weeks after prepping. As an owner I have really appreciated the partnership we have established and I can attest that Jamison Realty always tries to do the right thing for both tenants and owners. The entire staff at Jamison always goes the extra mile and explains every step in the process so that nothing becomes a surprise. When I 1st started dreaming of doing this I wanted to learn everything that I could to do myself. I quickly learned that managing rental property has many legal considerations which requires knowledgeable expertise that I do not have as a newbee. They have always been open and honest and have never made unrealistic claims. I trust Jamison Realty since they manage over 300 properties for people like me and look forward to a long lasting business investment that I can pass down to my sons someday. As an owner I had to do my homework on the types of properties that make good rentals and I would imagine that tenants should also do their homework and not rent homes that don't meet their expectations. Always make responsible decisions by doing your homework and you will be a happy client and a happy tenant. I am proud to be part of the Jamison Realty portfolio and know they will coach me to do the right thing for my tenants. I am really excited to now offer my 4th house to the market next week and have already started to plan how to get the next one started.
