Beware, this place is a total scam. I do want to preface this description of the business by saying the massage therapist were very professional. Management is the problem. They run their business much like a stereotypical used car dealership or sleazy gym, including bait-and-switch tactics and providing misleading verbal agreements.
Let me run you through the scam. They bring you in for a $35 first massage promotion. If you really need a massage, just get the one and run. They will offer you a $10 next massage that you can use in 30 days. Pretty good, right? They do not tell you that you are contractually obligated to continue through until the next month, then charge you $65. Then they will book you close to your next billing cycle day, call you to cancel the appointment that same day with some excuse and then tell you the next available appointment is during the next billing cycle. You are stuck into getting another monthly charge. If you cancel before you can get the massage, you lose your massage credits that you already paid for. No refunds. Oh, and no cancellations by phone or online, you need sign it in person.
I am not sure why companies run businesses like this anymore, but learn from my mistake and avoid this place at all costs.
