| - My mother and I have been going to this location and seeing the same stylist for a couple years now. We have been loyal customers. On December 8th, I went to get my hair colored. I was very confident in Margarets abilities to do what I wanted. I had a picture of what I wanted and everything and was super excited to see the outcome. Scheduling the appointment was fine. I walked in on time, showed her the picture that I wanted and she says oh, it looks like there is a little bit of something else.. I questioned "Rose?". She agreed. Her being the professional, I thought it was going to end up looking like the picture, when in fact I walked out with pink hair, nowhere near the picture I showed. When you go to get your hair done, don't you assume that you will walk out looking like how you want it. Instead, I was being told.. "Oh, it will fade", "once it fades it will look like the picture". The whole time all I heard was "It will fade". She obviously loved it from continuously repeating, "All your young friends will love the color". So, me being the person I am... I thought I would just try to live with it and not make a big mess/scene. I am not one to complain, but when it comes to my hair I can't have problems. So, my mother had called Margaret and told her that we need to redo it and that she needs to fix it. Margaret offered to go in during her day off (Monday, December 11) to fix it. Which is totally cool! So, I went in and she was very welcoming and didn't seem annoyed. Until, when beginning the process, she wasn't very gentle with my head/hair. She was pushing my head which is very unnecessary when all you're doing is putting color in my hair. There was dye flying all over the place and after she washed my hair, I noticed there was some of the dye on my sweatpants, in the inside of my leg. I acknowledged it and she said "Oh, here", she began wiping it with a paper towel and water. I thought in my head if this was okay, because she was rubbing the inner thigh part of my leg, felt slightly uncomfortable. Then when she was drying my hair, she was scratching through my hair and pulling my hair and both of my earrings came out on the same ear. After the blowdrying, I was okay with my color of my hair, still not like the picture, but I was just over the whole situation I was in and wanted to leave. She also styled it, which I didn't ask for, but was okay with. I didn't have to pay for the color fix so I generously bought a product for her sales after she continuously kept egging me to buy something. Then, this morning, she texted my mother and told us that she talked to her boss about the situation and said she can no longer serve us because she can't make us happy (which, we've been happy with her before, we saw her at a restaurant and talked to her because we thought we had built a "stylist-client relationship with her"), she also told my mom that neither I or her noticed the stain on my pants, which obviously... she knew. My mother and I are very disappointed, and we're never going back, obviously because we are not welcome. I would recommend paying the money and going to a more high end salon when trying to get your hair colored nice.
