  • We interviewed several contractors before deciding on Arizona Flooring and Remodeling. The owner, Joseph (Iosif), patiently answered all our questions and guided us through the process before we signed a contract. Before beginning the job, we signed a detailed contract, and there were no issues during the construction. Iosif and his team worked on only our job, so they were in the house every day until the project was completed. There were no delays or problems waiting for subcontractors to appear. Iosif has a background in tile work, so he and his team completed our entire job (complete remodeling of 2 bathrooms) from start to finish. He fabricated and installed granite countertops, did all tile work, painting, and installation of all plumbing materials and and electrical replacements. Iosif was insistent that we were satisfied with his work, and final payment was to be made after we were completely satisfied. We are delighted with the level of craftsmanship that we received. The bathrooms are beautiful, and every detail was done correctly. Iosif's prices certainly competitive, and we would hire him again.
