  • A few hours after i wrote my first review, the manager of Cherry Lash on Rainbow (forgot her name) called me. She was very sweet and apologetic. She offered me a complimentary fill which i got done a few days later by Sheridyn who is a lash artist and she did an amazing job with the 30 minutes that she had. She literally saved me. Next time, i come to this location ill definitely go with a lash artist preferably Sheridyn. One thing that really changed my mind about wanting to come back to this location, was the fact that the manager contacted me right after. Alot of places dont really care about customer service but this place truly does and i really appreciated that.
