  • We had a very bad experience at this branch. Multiple errors in closing my deceased mom's account and opening accounts for her beneficiaries. Lack of thoroughness, lack of attention to detail, and incompetence resulted in me making multiple trips across town needlessly. I finally asked them to close the account and issue a cashiers check, which they couldn't even manage how to figure that out. I had to take an envelope full of cash.
