  • They were in charge of the landscaping at our new build. They did a terrible job at the sales appointment (I knew more than the sales guy about pretty much everything, and I'm no landscaper) and it has been downhill since. Of the 10 plants they installed, they only got 2 of them correct. I asked them to fix 3 of the incorrect plants (of the 7), and only 2 were corrected. A month later, I'm still trying to get them to correct their own errors. It's not that hard to pick out the correct plants and stick them in the ground.
