  • They are a waste of your time and money!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I will leave a bad review on every single thing they have going for them to show how really terrible this place is! My landlord has recently purchased a secondhand sh*tty washer from them! Now we're still waiting on them to repair it! I have called on many occasions and set up an appointment for this repair! Each and every single appointment scheduled, NO SHOW. Today 5/15 they claimed someone would be here from 9-Noon. They showed up but did not call, did not knock, did not ring the doorbell BUT could walk and leave a business card on the door! Then when we called to verify IF someone was still coming at 9, they claimed that they've been to the residence FOUR times. Which i know is complete bull shit! There was someone present, WAITING DOWNSTAIRS BY THE DOOR, and I'm pretty sure if you're here for a repair then they would've been smart to make it known they were there! We also had to call ANOTHER time to RESCHEDULE, I, myself will be waiting by that door the next appointment to see for myself. This place is a total JOKE, they're just scamming for your money people! I'd advise to take your business elsewhere than here. Staff is RUDE and does not care.
