  • Absolutely worst experience ever. Myself and girlfriend looked at cars about a month prior to buying our 3 year old Jetta. Heather helped us, was very nice and not pushy. Because of this, when we came back to buy, we went directly to her. We even waited extra long (3+ hours) because she was finishing up with someone else. That's when the good service ended. We immediately noticed a odd noise problem while driving home that night. I left a VM for heather on the way from the dealer telling her about the odd noise we heard. She never returned my call. When I called the next day, she just told me to call the service department...made no apology or effort to help. The first appointment was 4 days later. So up until this point, we bought a new car, traded in our old one and now had to share my car because her new car was making an odd noise. This noise turned out to be nothing, but the lack of customer service blew me away. After this, I started to receive several credit denial letters in the mail (we are first time buyers with little credit history). The dealer made no mention that they ran my credit info through several lenders until one hit, which of course damages my credit score. Again I called and left messages to heather and the head finance manager with no return call. On top of this, Heather calls us out of the blue 3 weeks later saying we need a new proof of residency for the loan (apparently a medical bill is not appropriate). She demanded my gf get a new license and send a copy to her by Monday (it was Saturday afternoon). I had to tell her that was not happening as we had weekend plans. She then texted and called us daily until it was done...oddly she had time to return our calls for this but not our various issues. Never again ganley...
