  • If I could have selected a half-star, that would have been more appropriate. Before I experienced the abusive treatment of (DR) Gross, I wish I'd read more reviews. I don't care what kind of background or accolades this "DR" has, but I will tell you this, he absolutely should not be working with the public/patients. Since my husband sat with me for each of my many appts. for a severe chronic dry eye syndrome, he agrees that Gross has an anger management issue, depression and/or absolutely hates what he does. I have many examples I would be happy to share upon request. A big thank you to the gentleman Rob A. who followed through with a Complaint. Who knew we'd need a support group after going to an ophthalmologist for serious eye issues!!!
