| - got a call from a bill collector today telling me I owe money for new carpets, blinds, and the "appliances were dirty"--- this is just hilarious because i took pictures before i moved out and the apartment is in completely good condition, probably cleaner then when we moved in! if anything my daughter spilt a little juice on the carpet but i was always persistent on keeping them clean and i know this is just rediculous, ON TOP of them keeping my 350$ deposit that i am pretty sure i was supposed to get back, they decided to keep it and charge me for a slew of random things. this place is absolute garbage and I am 100 percent confident these charges were added after i left my review. these people are scam artists and this is just another reason i would never recommend living in these trashy "luxury" apartments. --- spoke on the phone with who i am assuming is YESSENIA the same rude girl from my first review, judging by her voice and her constantly cutting me off on the phone. (dont know why they have this rude fake person still in the office) gonna take my evidence and take them to court for trying to ruin my credit, a little advice, always remember to take pictures before move in and after move out to prevent things like this!!
-- previous review -- NOTICE THIS PLACE HAS NO GOOD REVIEWS? currently living here and they say anything to get you in, but once you sign the lease the office management stalk and harrass you constantly, just trying to find reasons to fine you or evict you. i have never felt so uncomfortable living somewhere as i do here, from the maintenance crew driving around staring all day on their golf carts to nosey office assistants looking over your balcony and just giving you an all over sense of uneasiness. the apartments are nice but severely overpriced and not worth the stress even the dryers are so slow it takes hours to dry one load, noticed im not the only one to comment on this. currently being investigated because my neighbor, who i literally had to call the police on for looking through my bedroom blinds, complained about my moms dog barking when she came over so now they have this vengeance on me and are trying to evict me because of this instance. the nosey office lady, young thin hispanic lady with dark brown hair (YESSENIA is her name, fakest person i have come into contact with) is the worst. nice when shes trying to get you to sign papers, but a rude b#tch in person. also went to pay a fine while other people were looking into an apartment and all of a sudden everyone is all on their best behavior again!! if you dont want to be harrassed and bullshit fined, go elsewhere cos this is not worth it. i tell my friends and coworkers about the things that go on and they are all just as shocked as i was at how they treat their tenants. going to try to use this notice to vacate as a good thing and try to find somewhere more peaceful to live. i would never recommend this place. feel free to contact me if you have any more questions about this place
