  • We stopped by Bergstrom of Middleton because they had a car on their website that we wanted to see. We were greeted by an older gentleman with an obviously fake tan and he took us to his computer to look up the car to see if they still had it. Unfortunately they had sold it the day prior but they had another one, just a different color, at their Madison location that we said we would be interested in. The gentleman never offered to have it transferred to their location, or even call the Madison location to see if it was still available. He said he would take our name down and if HIS LOCATION got one in, that he would call us. Needless to say we left, called the Madison location to confirm the vehicle's availability, drove straight there and bought it. Bergstrom still gained a sale but we definitely steer clear of their Middleton location in the future.
