  • Fast service but way overpriced. I was in a pinch being out of town and having renters in my home. There was a small leak coming from the master toilet. First of all they have a non-refundable service charge of $69 which is fine except they don't apply it to work if you have it done. I have never heard of this before. Every service company I have used will apply it towards the cost of the job. The total to replace a $5 gasket was $322!! I found this to be unreasonable but they were able to come out the next day and have it fixed in under an hour. Being that I have renters in the house and I was out of town-I was at their mercy. I will do some more research and find a more reasonably priced company next time.
