  • I am a first time patient, and I'm shocked by all of these negative reviews. When I came to this page, I was expecting to see a 4-5 star, which is what it deserves. I am new to the area here. My first visit was with Dr. Webb just yesterday, and it was the first time in my life I've ever been to an OB/GYN where I felt safe, comfortable, and most importantly, paid attention to. My first visit was pretty basic as far as exams go, but I have suffered for years with endometriosis and pain, without any sort of answers or potential solutions. I do not know how invasive I will get with the treatment of my endometriosis as I am not a fan of anesthesia and have had some bad reactions to it, but it's the first time in my life that I was ever given options AND answers from a competent doctor who knows what he's talking about. Dr. Webb is very kind, with a fantastic sense of humor and gentle manner about him. It was the first time I didn't feel weird about going to a male doctor. The staff was truly sweet and kind, and there was barely any wait time. Online check in is wonderfully convenient. I feel like I'm living in a parallel universe when I read these one star reviews. The only explanation I can think of in my mind is that perhaps the other patients with bad experiences were not as courteous or respectful as I am. Sometimes you get treated the way you treat others. Dont rule this place out until you go and experience it for yourself.
