  • If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had towels for work embroidered and she did a terrible job. All the letters were messy. She miss spelled my name and refused to re do it. Terrible customer service was extremely rude. Then she refused to pay for the towels she ruined. I couldn't use them for work and I am now out over $60 and she would not reimburse me. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.
