  • I went in today, because my light was telling me it was time for service. I called ahead of time to see if I could use my coupon on my phone without printing it. The person who answered the phone was very helpful. He let me know there was only a 20 minute wait that morning, since there was only 1 car at the moment. I went right in, and Christian helped me. He was courteous and polite, opening my car door and the business door for me. He looked at my sticker, came back in and told me that I wasn't due for an oil change yet. I explained the light issue, and he told me that the quality of my oil I used there last time doesn't require an oil change this soon. I told him that I remembered that, but was concerned by the maintenance light. He explained that Toyotas have those set for certain times or mileage and that he would top off the fluids and reset the light. I was astonished by his honesty and professional attitude! I will definitely be going back to Jiffy Lube for all of my maintenance items they conduct. This location will be my optional location too, due to the wonderful service I received.
