  • I won't stay here again regardless if being a platinum elite... Very nice staff and horrible Internet connections. I was disconnected 10-15 times every night for four nights with staff making up every excuse they could think of--storms, my computer, etc. No manager was consulted and no one resolved my problem. I'm picking the Hilton next time.
