  • Hair Cut Service: The stylist did not know what she was doing. The cut was supposed to have one blunt line, and she sectioned it and layered it. It looks nothing like the picture. And she cut too much off for a touch up trim to fix anything or make it look decent. They said it needed product to be styled to look like the picture. It doesn't matter what I do to it. It's like they. It a paper triangle and told me it can be a square but I'm not looking at it in the proper lighting. Terrible. The massage was awkward, like this chic did not want to be there doing her job. Products are great, but I will be looking for another place in town that has cruelty-free products.
