1. The gym doesn't have what it needs.
No enough wipes , no a/c control , it feels like you're entering a hot yoga room as soon as you step in .
2. The management doesn't talk among themselves, lack of communication between them which leads to poor customer service.
3. They need to Focus on customer needs, concerns and not just throwing parties every once in a while.
4. Replace A/C filters more frequently , take care of stuff that is important.
You will do good when you're customer centric!
