Horrid company. Their pay machines on checkout is slow and difficult to use. It has to be done while your car is at the gate, blocking other cars. Once I had a problem and tried the intercom. The intercom was a voicemail, and I was stuck at the gate with other cars behind me. Yesterday, I tried using my 2 day reward redemption but then had trouble applying the discount code to the remainder of the days that I had parked there. Ended up paying full price for the remainder of the days making the 2 free-days not worthwhile at all. Prior to my trip, I was reassured by email that I would be able to apply the discount to the remaining days, but then when I had trouble later, they now say it cannot be done. Extremely poor service.
