  • 1 star is even too much. With all the hype and positive reviews I decided to check this place out. All I can say is that all the positive comments must be from friends and family. Because this is the worst experience ever! And I've been to a lot of dentist in my time. Front desk lady is flippant. Even when calling to make appointments, no one has descent customer service skills. Be weary of hidden costs disclosed later after service. They will rack up quickly. And then you find out later when you get the bill. They took a significant amount of X-rays which caused the huge bill above what insurance would pay. I suppose they need to pay for all the fancy machinery in the office. Little did they know I have my teeth cleaned every three months and have always stayed on top of dental work. Surprisingly enough I had a tremendous amount of issues with my teeth which included needing cavity work done on my two buck teeth. I knew this was garbage. The next month I went to a new dentist with new X-rays. The marks on the back my buck teeth were from my bottom teeth because I had not been wearing my night guard. The marks therefore were not cavities but from grinding wear and did not need cavity repair. Then, the dental hygienist gave me a horrible review and said my gums were in bad shape and required another teeth cleaning to flush out my gums. Well, there's another charge. Two teeth cleaning appointments back to back @ $80 a piece is a lot of money and if they do this to everyone that adds up! My new dentist said my gums were just fine. And this has been my report card for the last 10 years and as I've said I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months. When you try to talk over billing with the front desk people they continuously interrupt and it becomes a mute situation in problem resolution. They are so hostile at this place! Buyer beware!
