  • Hmm what can I say about my experience? I did the early check in via email, was supposed to receive a text when my room was ready, never received a text. We got to the hotel around 4, and we went to the parking garage elevator and it took approximately 15 minutes to make it up to the casino level, for the hotel registration. Once in line at hotel registration, it took 45 minutes to get done due to the lack of staff assisting the hotel guests. We immediately proceeded up to the room and we found various inadequacies, which I have posted as well. The TV remote was not programmed to the television, when we got in. Also, you can hear the showers and the bathtubs running in the rooms above you. Before you book, make sure you understand everything you are getting. Caesars is definitely less than a palace.
