  • I came here to test drive a used car (not from the main dealership doors). I've learned that when you're show up at any car dealership and want to test drive something, the sales guys are happy. I came here to test drive a used car and dealt with Ed. After I gave him an honest offer, he just scoffed and said I'm playing games... I mean, really?! I just walked away. There's no point in wasting time buying something from people who have no respect for people. Note to future buyers, just walk away like I did. If you're going to be disrespected from the beginning, I can bet your after sales service isn't going to be any better. 1 Star experience for the Used Car Dealer at Silverhill Acura. Tsk tsk. Update (June 12 2013): I recently went back and dealt with the main dealership and had a much better experience. If I didn't have such a bad experience with the used car side, I'd give this place a solid 4 stars. But alas, that didn't happen. Overall, my experience dealing with both the used and new sides is a 3. Thank you to the New Car Salesman at Silverhill that made things better.
