  • I'm pretty disappointed. My friend and I were going to make appointments online together. She must've pressed submit first because she got an appt and I didn't. Well fantastic. The point was we wanted appointments together. If we had know there was only one opening we wouldn't have bothered. She couldn't cancel because she would be charged 20 dollars. We go in together on the hopes that I can still get a pedicure with her and they tell me yes. I was so excited. They get me set up in water then tell me I can only get the express which is just a nail trim and polish change. Had I known that's all I could get I wouldn't have bothered. I wanted a pedicure for the exfoliating and moisturizing. So I got stuck paying for a service I didn't even want just because I was already in the water. In hindsight, I wish I had just taken My feet out of the water and left. Do yourself a favor and stay home and cut your nails yourself. The girl who did my "pedicure" was more concerned with changing the Pandora station that me. This is incredibly disappointing. We came here a little over a year ago and had a great experience. Not sure what happened in between that time.
