  • Been an enterprise customer for many many years because I have found that they offer some of the best car rental deals. However I was disappointed by the fact that after 5 phone calls and leaving 2 voicemail messages at this enterprise location, I got zero call back. I had to call for a 6th time before someone finally picked up the phone. This is my first time dealing with telephone customer service and I'm sorely disappointed. The driver who picked me up was friendly and professional. No issues once I got there and got my car.
