During our recent family vacation, two of our dogs stayed at Posche Paws for one week. Throughout the week, we tried calling numerous times each day and only got through to an employee one time. Phone calls and voice mails went unanswered the majority of the week. Our dogs are part of our family, so naturally, trusting them in someone else's care is a big deal. In the past, we have been comforted by the fact that we could see our dogs on the cameras throughout the facility, which are no longer working.
When we picked our dogs up from Posche Paws and brought them home, we noticed that they were both coughing and lethargic. We took them to the vet and they were both diagnosed with kennel cough. Both dogs were vaccinated with Bordetella shots before their stay, so you can imagine our dismay when they both came home ill, despite our efforts. We will not be returning to this facility. Would encourage others to go elsewhere as well.
