  • I have purchased several cars/trucks over the years and all of them have been from dealerships out of state. One of the best agencies I have purchased from is Biondi Motors. I live in Northern California and it was well worth it for me to travel to Monroeville and Biondi Motors because, even though they might never see me again, they treated me as if I would be back to see them the next day. Tom Deery was simply outstanding in his professionalism and in his willingness to make things as easy and simple as possible. He even waited three hours for me at the airport...even though my plane was diverted to Washington DC! When I finally arrived at the agency, the truck was clean and washed with gas in its tank. He made sure the purchase process went as smoothly as possible. And speaking of the purchase process, Angela (Finance manager) was also excellent to work with. She was the one who stayed in touch with me several days prior to my arrival just to make sure all our connections would work. I really appreciated her work ethic and her personal touch in the process. Both she and Tom are a real credit to there agency and I would strongly suggest you look both of them up if you want to be assured a clean, seamless purchase. As for the truck I purchased, it was everything they advertised. I drove it back to Northern California (over 2500 miles) and it ran perfectly...just as they advertised. My opinion is this: You cannot go wrong in purchasing a vehicle from Biondi. I know I am very partial to Tom and Angela in my review, but I am sure most every other employee of Biondi Motors is just as professional and hard-working as Tom and Angela. I would gladly make the 2500 mile trip again to purchase from Biondi. You can trust this agency to do what they say they will do. And no...I wasn't asked or encouraged to write this review. But after dealing with Biondi, I had to share my opinion because I think quality and ethical service should be recognized and appreciated...especially in the car business. Biondi sets a very high standard for other agencies to follow.
