7, 25, and 16. These are times.
7 minutes from the time we sat down to the time someone asked us for a drink order.
25 minutes from the time we made a food order to the time it came out. 1 burger and 12 wings.
16 minutes from receiving the order and someone checking to see if we need anything.
We arrived and the wait for a server was ridiculous and frustrating. We finally made a drink order and my simple soda had an awful taste. Come to find out the soda dispenser was having issues. So I settled for a water. I ordered some wings (6 suicide and 6 extreme hot) and my friend ordered a cheese burger. I asked for ranch dressing with my wings and he ordered mayo on his burger with no lettuce or pickles. The waitress came by a couple times to tell us the order would be right out. 18 minutes after the first time she told us that, the food showed up. The order actually had an additional 12 medium wings. We told her it was the wrong table but she tried to tell me it was mine instead of asking if we need anything else. Well after that confusion, she walked off without ever giving us the chance to ask for anything. There was no mayo on the burger but there was pickles and lettuce. And the ranch dressing was nowhere to be found. It gets worse, I get 12 hot wings and only have a glass of ice. My water was empty but couldn't find anyone to bring me ranch, water, or mayo.
The food was pretty good. Not great but slightly above average. The wings were hot. Not the best cooked wings but very good sauce with zing and flavor.
Once the waitress brought me the bill I mentioned the problems and she did an amazing job of fixing things. However, her explanation was new ownership, a cook showing up late, and the cook not being as good or experienced as the usual lunch cook. Evidently the menu was new and no one was familiar with it. I was satisfied with her solution but will most likely never visit this restaurant again nor would I even mention it to someone. Unless they asked me the worst service I have received.
