  • A barista here in this branch made a horrendous cold green tea latte. I mentioned that the drink was clearly made incorrectly because the matcha wasn't even properly stirred in, there were clumps of matcha powder when sipping into it. It was absolutely disgusting. I asked for a new drink which the barista replied with "I don't see what's wrong with it" and she rudely took my drink and made a new one. And aggressively hand me the drink without a reply, unfortunately the second drink was just as disgusting and totally off again. Important note this is my go to drink and I never had it made this terribly, I do not recommend you getting any drinks here. Terrible Starbucks experience.
