  • So, this is going to be honest and an unhappy review. I went in earlier this week lunchtime because I had to go to Staples and it was convenient. When I first got to the counter I was a little hesitant because I felt like I think I need to know what I want and do it quickly and be done just in case they are rushed. 2 friendly workers man and woman greeted me and took the order.got it then realized what time it was and I had to leave to go back to work, so I asked for a to go box and then out of nowhere seemingly an owner or family member pops out from the back and looks at me but startled and ask me some question I could not make out. He (older thin stressed man) asked me what i needed almost didn't want to say because I already spoke to and looked at the worker. His vibe he gave was already negative, and I said what I needed and then he answered my question with a question about what I ordered. I didn't see the point in that and I just repeated myself that I need a container, he proceeded to say well for you tell me the correct answer that I can give you what you want. And I said you didn't hear me the first time, and he responded with it's always my fault nobody else. I will not be returning. They need better salad greens instead of iceburg lettuce and that man could learn from his employees - be kind take the high road dude!!!!!!!!!!!!
