  • Worst customer service ever. Waited in line for about an hour and when I finally got to the window the lady said they did not have my package, I simply asked her what could they do and they said they can't do anything.. And gave me attitude for no reason. Seriously? No help whatsoever. Also while waiting in line there was another lady at the desk being rude to a gentleman, all he was asking was to see if he could change his address and gave him the worst attitude. Idk what's wrong with these people, if you don't like your job then leave. I would recommend others to go to another location if they can and avoid this place.
