  • I loved this place. I was in Madison for business and the people i was working with took me here. It's awesome, they have a 40 ounce steak for cying out loud! 40 ounces! The filet mignon is literally twice as big as anything you would get in San Diego and it's only 20 bucks, everything but the 20 ouncer is 20 bucks, very reasonable for a steak, and it's $2 to have it cooked for you. And you eat the steak with the garlic bread you make - so good, so good. The trick is you sit down and order a drink, they have a decent selection of beer and wine, and you have 2 beers while you watch your meat cook, brilliant. The only downside is its in wisconsin (i am a native san diegan and the middle of january is a stretch for me).
