  • I LOVE this apartment complex. Palacios Apartments has decent prices and several apartment layouts. When I have maintenance issues, they jump on it immediately. The grounds, gym, and especially the pool area are immaculate. I feel like I'm on vacation at poolside. I personally asked for a great view of The strip and I got it. It's so relaxing to come home to that view. But the best part of this place to me is their customer service. The girls in the office are always so kind and bend over backwards to take care of all my apartment needs. They even have special events where they give out free cheesecake, chips and salsa, dinners, breakfasts, coloring books, books, and so much more. I'm just saying... This place is great and I've travelled around the world, never getting this type of landlord support. Rick I think people can always find something to complain about but I can't.
