  • With my work schedule it is difficult to commit to a time to get my car looked at. Most shops have very inconvenient hours. I tried scheduling something with another shop a few times and they were rude and not very accommodating. I called up Firestone and they told me to come on out. They got me in same day. They were courteous and friendly. The service was done promptly, and they even provided a free courtesy vehicle inspection. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future auto needs.
