  • Think twice before working with this company! They are FRAUD!!! I've never worked with someone that is so inconsistant, rude, and unprofessional. Kassie Hensel is biggest liar and bitch I've ever met in my life. She deserves NOTHING in life. Karma will get you Kassie, you should readjust your attitude and how you treat people. I'm sure you wouldn't like it if someone treated you they way you treat your customers. You are nothing but scum to the world and deserve nothing. This will rob you, and destroy your stuff. They picked me up over a month ago under a different company name "Midwest Moving & Storage." Kassie told me she would have my TV crated for free--I thought wow! How nice of this company to do so. WRONG, charged me $100 for it and took $50 off. It spiraled from there. Told me that it would be 2-3 days after I gave an address in the new location (I didn't have one upon pick up). After giving an address, they told me 2 weeks. Then another week. My stuff arrived Tuesday (6/20), after back and forth bitching to them, I gave them more money --$400 because of stairs, and then the truck LEFT without me even having my stuff. Because they were out of hours. My stuff was then unloaded the next day. DAMAGED--THEY ARE SCUM!
