rev:text	The "free" breakfast was the worst sales experience of my life. It was almost twice the time as expected. It's a one-to-one hard sell sales pitch. You're cycled through three sales reps who don't care at all about you; they just want a commission. The first rep sits with you and pretends to care about your life and we'll-being while stressing the importance of a going on vacation. The entire system was so badly explained and oversold you'd have no idea what you signed up for. Well when we didn't want to sign, she didn't even say bye. The more I wasn't interested , the more they pushed. Once I said I once interested the two reps trying to close had such thinly veiled hostility. I said we were running late for a lunch after being there for almost 3 hours like hostages, and like a snake hissing through teeth she said this is the process and we have to do it. The third rep pretends to be about customer satisfaction but is only trying to sell you a starter package. He even told me that he wouldn't sign up for it! It's not worth any gift they could offer. I told them that it made my opinion of the company worse and I would never use Wyndham. The property itself is just ok, recently redesigned, but not renovated. They have a late check-in and an early 10am checkout. Then if you want late check out you have to pay $35 for the first hour and $100 for every hour after that! The whole process made it very clear that their customers are just a commodity they're trying to amass like cattle. No customer service, unless they're trying to sell you something.
