  • I went in today to get just a basic trim. To get all these dead ends off. I did check in online prior to going down to this location. I was appalled by the great customer service this individual gave me. Whom happens to be the very same lady who do my Cut. Her name was Kennedie. She was super friendly, held a great conversation and made sure she took her time on my hair. After she was finished she asked me if there was anything else I needed as far as my hair went. I usually don't go to a great clips. Just because of the terrible service I had years ago with my sons hair. However this certain individual was awesome! Overall I would most definitely consider going back to this location just for that very reason. Also they had some good jams playing as well:) which is always a plus in my book! Thanks again Kennedie:)
