  • We are sooooo happy that we ignored some of the negative comments on Yelp for this Best Western. I don't know what some people expect from a Las Vegas hotel, but clearly they wouldn't be happy even if they were royalty. The hotel was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, the people at the front desk were delightful and we slept like babies! They provide earplugs but I didn't hear a single aircraft all night long. The only problem was that our TV remote was working properly, but a technician arrived within 5 minute of my call to the front desk and fixed it. We used their "Stay and Park" option and found it easy and inexpensive. The shuttle driver was prompt and courteous (we only waited about 10 minutes at the airport for the return pickup) and he even recommended a GREAT place for lunch, right by the hotel. Go there! It's called Two Scoops of Aloha and has amazing Hawaiian food. We will definitely stay here again!
