In fact, Matt is the first car salesman I have ever been able to say I TRUST. I came in to view a GLC300 and rather then just taking me on a test drive, Matt took unlimited time to actually show me the car and explain every intricacy it had, as well as available features and why they may be or may not be beneficial for my needs. He was not trying to ramp up the price by adding features I did not need. I made it clear to Matt I was not buying the car the first time I came in and he didn't even flinch; he continued to show me the car and ensure I knew everything it had to offer without any pressure.
This dealer wants your business and not in the typical way. Everyone from the sales manager to the financing staff made it their business to ensure I made a good - and smart - deal. My mind was absolutely blown by the deal they presented, as well as the extra attention to ensure I made the smartest financing move possible. I drove off with a superior car that beat every other mid-size SUV dealers lowest price. Mercedes Gilbert wants you to be a long-time client, not just buy a car and never return. Even after the sale, the entire dealership has been nothing short of amazing in ensuring I remain happy and satisfied with my car.
