  • Horrible customer service. People routinely park in multiple spaces and there is no enforcement to prevent this. They require 30 days minimum to cancel, so will effectively charge you an additional month on termination. How hard is it to run a parking garage? They pretty much missed the ball on all of the basics, and it doesn't require much to be a good parking garage.
