Trust me and just STAY AWAY.
I took my laptop in to have the keyboard replaced and JOHN said it would take about two weeks. I called after two weeks since I hadn't heard from them and John told me the part still hadn't arrived. I called two weeks after that and he told me it couldn't be fixed because the keyboard he ordered didn't work and it would cost him more to order another one than to just give the laptop back to me. WOW. OK.
When I picked up the laptop I was in COMPLETE SHOCK. He had switched out the entire top half with a used one that had stickers all over it, some of which were partially removed and left a sticky and ugly residue. He then admitted that he had ordered a USED keyboard. He had taken my hardrive out as well and just completely messed up the entire laptop. It was honestly unbelievable.
When I asked to speak to the owner he said she was out. When I asked him to call her so that I could make an appointment to meet with her, he said he would call her once I left the store. I left the store and just called a few days later and asked for the owner. She was completely unaware of what was happening. He had told her bits and pieces to make me seem like a troublesome customer, but when I finally told her the FULL story she was very apologetic.
She then said that she could have another store fix the laptop since she knew the owner and that way I wouldn't have to pay after all the trouble I was put through. Well, this new place replaced the keyboard but then the laptop wouldn't charge and they said it wasn't their fault and refused to fix it. Also, I had to pay them as the owner of Itechs never honored her deal.
