It's a faceless, massive chain. Really appreciate the flexibility of having so many locations to choose from - some nicer than others, but they offer many cool classes, extended hours, and free two hour parking in some locations. What sucks is the terrible customer service. I had to be out of town recently and put my membership on hold, and now I can't use it for weeks, until a full month has passed. I call bull cookies on that! Also don't appreciate that their yoga mats are disgusting and they don't clean or replace them - even though I brought one to the manager's office once to show him the goop etc on it and he agreed he wouldn't want to put his face near that. They clearly don't care.
