  • Why is there no option for no star? Don't bother booking in advance. They will lie and tell you it's booked, but when you arrive to pick it up it's nowhere to be found. Booked a cube truck 3 weeks in advance to move apartments and waited an hour until they came up with a cargo van, but for some reason still ended up paying cube truck price. The employees were nice but, unfortunately, work for a crap company. Go to another location or better yet another company altogether. Thanks for nothing, Discount!
