  • I've never seen so much excrement in a public bathroom before. Most of the bathroom stalls are broken and do not close, and it is clear this place never gets a cleaning. I need a shower after using this restroom out of desperation. The disgusted looks on everyone's faces is kind of funny. But seriously Penney's- clean your nasty bathrooms. The Optical Center is a complete joke. These ladies don't even try to act professional. The woman had no idea how to use her computer and seemed to find it endearing every time she shouted for help from another associate across the store. They were rude when I returned my eyeglasses, and even though I received a full refund for my purchase and did not receive an eye exam, they had no idea how it would work with insurance (because knowledge of how vision insurance works is too much for these people who, you know, work in the optical center...), and I was billed to my insurance for the frames I returned within 24 hours.
