  • Called them to come out to service AC unit and check air temp. This time of year is very busy for them but they came out within a week. Our service tech was helpful and professional. Very experienced. Time was supposed to be 8 am but he called at 6:15 am .. fortunate my phone was even on as I put it in airplane mode normally. He arrived at 6:25.. super hot in AZ in July so can't blame him. Unit will need replaced. But it's still running. So a check up for 69.00 doesn't include cleaning coils ... I guess that is now about 160.00? Will get bids on replacing unit.
