  • I've never been to an urgent care in Vegas before. But wow I am impressed!!! I have suffered from asthma for years now but I never had any problems with it until I moved to Vegas 2 years ago. Every time the weather changes my asthma kicks in. But I had never experienced anything like this before. I went in for trouble breathing. My inhalers were not doing it. I was brought in right away. I had to wait about 5 minutes for a room and then another 15 for the doctor. My nurses were great!!! I could tell they were concerned and were trying to speed things up for me so I could get a room faster as well as see the doctor immediately. I had Dr. Angelo Lambo, he honestly eased all my worries, gave me multiple albuterol treatments, prescribed me steroids and inhalers. He was very thorough when checking on my breathing, listening to my heart etc. My insurance wasn't accepted so I had to pay out of pocket but he assured me everything would be ok. I had refused the X-rays once I found out it wasn't accepted and he insisted I not leave until I found a another place that accepted my insurance which made me feel like he truly cared for me as his patient. Which is very refreshing at an urgent care because usually it's like they're just ready to move on to the next. I came back the following day to get clearance for work. All the nurses immediately recognized me and asked how I was doing. Now I know it was the following day but for them to ask me how I'm doing was very sweet and I appreciated their concerns. So all in all I would highly recommend this place. And if you can, request Dr. Angelo Lambo he is truly great! They do offer other services besides urgent care!
