  • I brought my car in today after a mysterious tire-deflation incident. I also brought a coupon in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was very quick and friendly when I came in, though you definitely need an appointment -- it's a fairly high-traffic spot, with a lot of cars on the lot. Had I just brought my car in, rather than calling ahead, I would have had a five-hour wait in the queue. Speaking of waiting, while they examined my car and changed the oil, I waited in the front area. They have a spread of magazines for your perusal, though not much else. No TV or anything. What the place lacked in media entertainment, though, was more than made up by the memorable personalities of its staff. They seem to enjoy their work, and they made the hour-long go by relatively quickly. Ultimately, the guys could not find a reason for my tire's deflation -- no nails, or leaks, or gashes -- but I know they were thorough, and they slapped on a coat of sealant just to be safe. I was very happy with the service, and will definitely repeat once it's time for my car inspection and a new set of tires.
