  • HORRIBLE ..I purchased a Groupon few months ago & wanted to use it in June for a wedding but they had no opening so I tried again in July for a last minute trip & again no openings. I called last week no answer, no returned calls...I called yesterday because it expires today no answer no return. Today...girl answers saying they are booked for few weeks & will only be worth what I paid & I will need to pay the difference ($40) OR I can try to get refund from Groupon.
